“All the Feels”: A Social-Emotional Journal For High School Students
Posted by School District of Philadelphia on October 12, 2021
With CARES Act funding from the Centers for Disease Control, the Promoting Adolescent Student Health Program (PASH), in partnership with the Office of Prevention and Intervention and Lakeside Global Institute, has created a Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Mindfulness Journal for high school students. The “All The Feels” student journal, including the guided writing prompts, activities, wellness tips, and healthy habit reminders, is purposed to provide students with an alternative outlet to express and organize thoughts and feelings. In addition to the activities and prompts, the journal includes information about how to access vital local and District resources using links, videos, and QR codes. Check it out today!
