Our Levelset Initiative is a leading advisory practice supporting employers to implement inclusive hiring practices and provide career opportunities to candidates with past convictions. Envoy collaborates with private sector companies, industry associations, philanthropy and nonprofit partners to help drive positive social impact for justice-impacted individuals and families.
Position Summary: Envoy Advisory LLC, through our Levelset Initiative, is seeking 2-3 Research Associates to support a Fair Chance hiring research project, identifying and vetting high quality workforce/reentry organizations across the country and creating connectivity between employers and organizations preparing and supporting job seekers with past convictions. Levelset has developed a framework to evaluate organizational capacity and over the coming months will be executing a large-scale research project to populate a new tool facilitating partnerships between employers and community-based partners.
Successful candidates will have a passion for social justice and inclusivity and strong experience with research and analysis. Researchers will participate in an orientation and training at the beginning of the project and 1-2 calls per week with the Levelset team, but most research will be done independently and can be scheduled flexibly.
