GPUAC’s Foreclosure Prevention Resource Guide, Summer/Fall 2009 Edition, is a comprehensive guide to help professionals support clients who are at risk of losing their homes. Developed by a team of experts, the guide demystifies the foreclosure process, identifies programs, products, and services that can help prevent foreclosure and provides important contact information to access these services. The guide has been expanded to include President Obama’s Making Home Affordable Refinance and Modification Program and offers advice on preventative steps individuals can take to avoid foreclosure.
