Grants and Compliance Manager

The University City Science Center in Philadelphia is seeking a Grants and Compliance Manager to assist the organization in growing its federal fundraising capacity. This position will work under the direction of the Director, Government and Community Relations, and will be responsible for proactively conducting federal grant prospect research, maintaining, and implementing the Federal Grant Submission and Management Process with cognizant departments, ensure compliance with guidelines and reporting on grants submitted and secured. The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in grant writing, managing grant requirements, and interfacing with key donors. Experience with writing and managing applications for federal and state grants is a plus. Experience working with a university-sponsored research office preferred.
