Bus 101 Side Hustler Summer Boot Camp

The Bus 101 Side Hustler Summer Boot Camp is a program geared for youth and fledging adult entrepreneurs. Youth (ages 14-18) who complete the program are eligible to receive $200 start-up funds for their own side hustle or passion project.

Young folks and Not-So-Young Folks will get step-by-step support for planning, registering, starting, and/or scaling up your own business or side hustle? During these intimate sessions, participants will:

• Learn how to get your Business EIN number, Register your company, and Open Business Bank Account.
• Learn what business structure is best for you LLC, Sole Proprietorship, Non-Profit For-Profit, S Corp, etc.
• Learn how to monetize your passion and talent.
• Learn how to research and package your product or service
• Learn how to develop your business plan
• Learn how to budget, monitor, and track your income and expenses.
• Learn how to apply for grants, loans, and crowdfunding campaigns.
• Get unlimited access to online resources after your coaching session
• Learn how you brand your products and services.
• Get access to tax and accounting professional services
• Get all your business start-up questions answered on the spot

High school students participate in the program free of charge.
