Help Make the PA Healthcare System Easier to Understand and Use – Jun 23,24
Posted by PA Health Access Network on June 1, 2021
If you’re confused by the PA Healthcare System, you’re not alone. Many Pennsylvanians struggle when it comes to finding out what benefits and programs they qualify for, what type of health insurance is right for them, filling out applications, or getting help when there’s a problem. Through PA Health Access Network’s (PHAN) work with people with disabilities in rural PA, we know how widespread and harmful these barriers can be.
We need a healthcare system that is easy to use and works for everyone.
If you’ve been confused by the PA healthcare system and would like to participate in a discussion about how to make it easier to use, we invite you to join in for two community conversations this month. This is your chance to share your experiences and ideas on how to make the healthcare system easy to use for all Pennsylvanians.
Dates and Times: Wednesday, June 23rd, 10 – 11 am and Thursday, June 24th, 6:30 – 7:30 pm
