Closing the Gender Wealth Gap: Increasing Access to Affordable Housing – Apr 28
Posted by Women's Way on April 13, 2021
In fall of 2017, WOMEN’S WAY launched The Women’s Economic Security Initiative (WESI), a long-term, systems-level collaborative initiative centered around the shared vision that all women in the Philadelphia region attain financial well-being for themselves and their families.
In January 2021, WESI launched the Closing the Gender Wealth Gap Education Series whose purpose is to educate different stakeholders on both the key drivers of the gender wealth gap and accelerators that help close the gender wealth gap in our region. Each session features the most recognized experts and thought leaders on women’s issues in the Greater Philadelphia region and beyond.
Each facilitated discussion addresses the topic from a policy, advocacy, practitioner and lived experience perspectives.
The topic of the next forum is Increasing Access to Affordable Housing and will take place on April 28th from 4:00-5:30 pm.
Please join us and learn more how you and others advance housing equity. Click here to register for the event.
