Do you view competition as something reserved for the for-profit world? Think that your competitive advantage is simply a rephrasing of your mission statement? The fact is that all organizations are competing for something—whether it’s market share, public policy, funding, or more attention from clients or donors. As a social change leader, you need to learn how to think competitively.
