Participants will discuss how success is measured within your organization and learn how to plan, execute, and measure program outcomes and meet stakeholder objectives. Nonprofits define success differently, but there are common threads that can be helpful in achieving strategic plan goals and meeting mission objectives. Participants will leave with concrete strategies.
