Posted by West Chester University on February 16, 2021
The WW (Institute for Citizens and Scholars) Teaching Fellowship prepares talented, committed individuals with degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to teach in high-need middle and high schools in Pennsylvania.
Fellows receive a $32,000 stipend to help offset the cost of tuition and living expenses while they attend an intensive year-long master’s program at a partner university. Fellows commit to teach for at least three years in a high-need urban or rural school in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh and receive support and mentoring in the classroom throughout the three-year commitment.
