PSAYDN is pleased to offer this special one-hour, online training which will provide participants with tips and tools to develop events that attract media attention, policymaker support, and ultimately highlight the importance of afterschool programs in the community.
Planning A Light On! Event: How to Engage your Policymaker and the Media is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (EST).
This session will be facilitated by Kacy Conley, Director of Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool/Youth Development Network, Tyra Good, Director of Education and Training of YouthPlaces, and presented by Ursula Helminski, Vice President of External Affairs for the Afterschool Alliance.
