PolicyLink Founder and CEO Angela Glover Blackwell is a collaborator on the newly published book Rebuild America: Solving the Economic Crisis through Civic Works (Paradigm Publishers) by Scott Myers-Lipton, an associate sociology professor at San Jose State University. Her chapter is entitled “Community Colleges: Connecting People to jobs and Creating a New New Deal.”
