Virtual Voting Rights Town Hall – Oct 13
Posted by Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger on October 13, 2020
Election Day is quickly approaching. The nation’s current political climate, the COVID-19 pandemic and the civil unrest have all affected the way this year’s election process is conducted. This year, understanding all the procedures on how to vote are just as important as casting your ballot. To help you and other voters across the Greater Philadelphia region prepare for Election Day, the Coalition Against Hunger has partnered with the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania (ACLU of PA) to host a Virtual Voting Rights Town Hall on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 12PM! (https://www.facebook.com/events/804939343666834/)
During the Town Hall, which will stream on Facebook live, the Coalition and the ACLU of PA staff will discuss useful tips and resources that can be used to build your very own Vote plan. We will also be answering important voter questions that have been sent to us.
Visit the Coalition’s social media pages to view some the informational videos that we’ve released in preparation for election day! If you have a question that you would like answered during the virtual Town Hall please email it to ABoone@Hungercoalition.org.
