Learn how design-thinking skills such as empathy, collaboration and rapid prototyping can support innovation at your workplace with Creative Exchange. During The Innovative Performance: Devising a Collaborative Path to Discovery session, participants will discover repeatable techniques that help spark creativity in the workplace and learn to expand beyond the normal thinking channels, utilize group brainstorming, and value wild ideas.
Creative Exchange teaches leaders and teams from organizations and businesses across the region how to unleash their innate creativity. Over five sessions, participants work with Philadelphia’s top creative talent to develop skills in design research and analysis, and in solving real-time challenges alongside other innovators in the region.
Five virtual sessions, October – November, 2020.
