Public Policy Lab (PPL) continues its series of conversations with experts on the policy impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are publishing two additional COVID-19 Policy Briefs. PPL’s Policy Briefs provide concise summaries of policy-relevant academic research for policy makers and the public.
