READ TO ME is a read aloud book series presented by PCCY’s Picasso Project. The goal of READ TO ME is to provide children with a curated selection of books for all ages read by caring, experienced adults.
About PCCY’s Picasso Project: At the Picasso Project, we believe that all students deserve access to the arts. The Picasso Project provides grants to support innovative arts project in Philadelphia public schools, & advocates for equitable access to arts education for all students. The Picasso Project is an initiative of PCCY (Public Citizens for Children + Youth).
