This webinar will highlight the impact of anti-Blackness in health care. We will examine how racism and systems of privilege lead to health disparities. We will discuss the importance of challenging the healthcare system to transform care by identifying and addressing implicit bias and structural racism and how this change will decrease health disparities. Participants will also learn ways to heal themselves from racial trauma through self- and collective care.
