How do you shape an effective organization during tough times? If you’re like most nonprofit leaders, you are struggling with this challenge. This year’s Nonprofit Management Institute program was designed to help you shape and grow your organization while dealing with the current resource constraints. Speakers are world-renowned Stanford Graduate School of Business faculty and leading practitioners in the field, including a session hosted by representatives from the Corporation for National and Community Service.
