We have an exciting agenda that includes a “Scaling Student Services” panel, where attendees will hear firsthand from practitioners how their programs are utilizing technology for virtual advising and coaching, texting, and artificial intelligence in strengthening persistence and completion outcomes. We will also have a working session led by Vela Institute that will give attendees a hands-on experience with a focus on utilizing National Student Clearinghouse data and creating dashboards using Tableau.
