Finding a Common Thread: How People Around the World Get Their Food

What food security challenges are people facing around the world, and what solutions are they engineering? This lesson asks students to explore both questions, looking at examples in Guatemala, Vietnam, Ghana, and the United States. They will also consider how their access to food fits into an international landscape, and how they can make food more accessible for their local and global neighbors.
