Federation of Neighborhood Centers – Director of Program Innovation and Performance Management
Federation of Neighborhood Centers is seeking a Director of Program Innovation and Performance Management. The position, which reports to the Executive Director, is responsible for the program development and assessment efforts of a capacity-building organization focused on promoting and strengthening neighborhood-based, multi-service agencies serving low income people in the Greater Philadelphia region. The job includes program design, data analysis, managing performance of Federation and its member agencies within Efforts to Outcome (ETO) system, supervising and training staff, and compliance reporting.
