Title: Program Director
Hours: M-F, 9-5 PM, plus required travel to chapter schools and otherwise as needed.
Location: The Program Director must work at Reflect National, located in Philadelphia.
The Program Director is responsible for the management of each of the current Reflect chapters as well as any future chapters. The work of the Program Director is essential to the operations of Reflect National as well as each chapter location.

- Chapter Activity Management
- Including, but not limited to:
- Creating and performing chapter evaluations.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve all chapters.
- Equipping chapters with the knowledge, materials, and assistance needed to run its programs most effectively.
- This includes, but is not limited to overseeing chapter transitions, providing marketing expertise, and supplying chapters with templates/manuals/calendars outlining and detailing how to perform all tasks necessary for success.
- Training students at each chapter in group facilitation.
- Performing any and all other tasks as needed.
Chapter Communication Management, Including, but not limited to:
- Being the national contact for all chapters.
- Hosting and organizing calls with and among the chapter officers, faculty advisor(s), and Reflect’s President.
- Planning chapter recognition events.
- Planning chapter development events/retreats.
- Performing any and all other tasks as needed.
Other Responsibilities, Including, but not limited to:
- Organizing chapter data, analyses, strategy, etc. into reports for use both internally and externally by Reflect National.
- Regularly reporting to Reflect’s President.
- Regularly reporting to Reflect’s Board of Directors.
- Documenting and updating all processes performed in a manual, for purpose of future sustainability and replicability.
- Performing any and all other tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree encouraged.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing, management, technical writing, evaluation, and analysis.
- Preferred expertise in marketing to college students.
- Preferred expertise in management of college students.
- Preferred expertise in evaluation and analysis as regards wellness.
- Demonstrated interest in supporting college students’ mental wellness.
- Ability to articulate clearly and convincingly the value of Reflect.
- Experience working in a college or educational setting preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Superior organizational abilities.
- Superior communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or as needed.
- Ability to travel. Has a legal driver’s license.
