Website campaigns for city zoning code reform
The When We Fix It Coalition, organized to reform Philadelphia’s outdated zoning code and cumbersome development approval process, has announced http://www.fixitphilly.org, a website designed to help residents stay up-to-date on city zoning and development review news, track the progress of the Zoning Code Commission as it works to update the existing zoning code and map, and follow legislation that impacts building as it progresses through city council.
The website is managed by Karen L. Black, principal of May 8 Consulting, Inc., a policy analysis firm, and Marianne Scott, an independent consultant, providing services in zoning and land use policy.
