2019 Foreclosure Prevention Resource Guide
Posted by Urban Affairs Coalition on February 19, 2019
Nationwide, mortgage foreclosure is still one of the leading causes of wealth and asset depletion for low and moderate-income families, and – despite recent court-based efforts – foreclosures in Philadelphia have continued to increase over the past decade. Luckily, regional leaders has been working on a solution.
This week, the Community and Economic Development (CED) team of the Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC) released their latest version of the Foreclosure Prevention Resource Guide – the only resource that provides a comprehensive look at the services and options for those facing mortgage and tax foreclosure in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties – thanks to a generous grant from Santander Bank.
If you would like a hard copy of the resource guide, please reach out to Jojy Varghese at jvarghese@uac.org or 215-851-1738.
