Aspen Presidential Fellowship: Community College leadership
Posted by Aspen Institute on November 20, 2018
Aspen Fellows application open for 2019-20 cohort
During the next decade, more than 80 percent of community college presidents are projected to retire, creating a need to develop leaders. The Aspen Presidential Fellowship aims to respond by recruiting and developing exceptional leaders—a cadre of diverse, student-success focused reformers who collectively can push the field forward. The year-long fellowship includes three in-person residential seminars plus structured mentoring by experienced community college presidents and the development of a strategic leadership vision through a capstone project.
