9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
LOCATION
RSVP Training Center
901 E 8th Ave, second floor
King of Prussia, PA 19406
What is a strategic plan? Why is it important for a nonprofit to have and use one? What should be in the plan? How is one developed and implemented? These are all topics that will be covered in our interactive seminar. Attendees are encouraged to bring a copy of their organization’s strategic plan if they have one (it’s OK if you don’t have one). Participants will begin the process of developing or revising a plan by working on a few sections that will then be presented to the group for comment. The emphasis will be on how to develop your plan.
