Got STEM? Conference

The McKinney Center and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) will host a free, one-day Got STEM? Conference on Monday, May 7, at the GSK headquarters in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Eighty middle and high school Philadelphia public, Archdiocesan, charter, and private school classroom teachers will participate in keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops, networking, and tours of the GSK facility. Act 48 credits and free enrollment in “The School Collective” will also be available. Additionally, The School District of Philadelphia will provide day-long substitutes for all of its teacher participants.
