Existing enrollees need to submit a new authorization form this year. The new form applies through August 2023. It also allows up to three report recipients per campus and updates the fields of data IDHE receives. If you have questions, please read this FAQ, schedule a call during IDHE virtual office hours or email them at NSLVE@tufts.edu.
