Pipeline Philly, 30 South 15th Street
Philadelphia has invested significantly in its public spaces. The benefits of a vibrant public realm and civic commons are clear. But are these spaces welcoming and accessible to everyone? Who are the designed by? Who are they designed for? The Collaborative is a proud co-host of this event with Urban Consulate, PlanPhilly, Philly NOMA, and PACDC.
