UAC publishes revised Foreclosure Prevention Guide
Urban Affairs Coalition’s Community & Economic Development (CED) team worked in partnership with its Housing & Foreclosure Prevention Task Force (link is external) to publish its 2017 Foreclosure Prevention E-Guide online.
This E-Guide is updated with current information from HUD programs while information about the HAMP Program, and other initiatives that are closed or no longer available, have been removed. The resources listed are useful to understanding the foreclosure process in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. The E-Guide is only available online. Hard copies will not be available. However, feel free to download the online version and save it to your desktop as a resource or print out a copy.
Visit here and download the 2017 Foreclosure Prevention Guide under “Key Resources”. It is the green version. The first resource in that box.
