GreatPhillySchools is looking for volunteers for the 2017 High School Fair!

GreatPhillySchools is looking for volunteers to help out at the 2017 Philly High School Fair! This is huge event that takes place annually to help Philly middle schoolers find a great high school. Last year over 12,000 people attended and over 100 schools tabled at the fair.

Additional event details:

§ What: 2017 Philly High School Fair

§ Where: PA Convention Center

§ When: Friday, 9/15 (1-7 pm) and Saturday, 9/16 (9am-3pm)

This year the fair is going to be even bigger. We need 200 volunteers to help us connect over 100 high schools and over 15,000 students and families over two days. Please sign up to volunteer using this Google form no later than Friday, September 1.

Volunteers can sign up for as many shifts as they’d like! You will receive light refreshments, volunteer training, GreatPhillySchools giveaways, and a hands-on role in one of the biggest and most dynamic education-related events of the year!

Volunteers needed for Street Presence (Greeting, directing and gathering students and guests) handing out GPS materials/resources, stuffing GPS Guides with resources for attendees, assisting schools with loading and unloading their materials, clickers (keeping track of how many people are in attendance) and more!!
