Volunteers needed, Block by Block gaming event
Posted by Public Citizens for Children and Youth on July 17, 2017
Minecraft. It’s the biggest video game in the world but to gamers, educators, and experts, it’s so much more than that.
PCCY, the region’s most influential advocacy organization for children, leverages the world’s greatest video game for the year’s most engaging fundraising event for kids. Join us on Saturday, September 16, 2017 or Sunday, September 17, 2017 at the University of the Sciences, 43rd & Woodland Avenue for a fun, creative and unique gaming opportunity.
THIS EVENT WILL SELL OUT!
Don’t miss this chance to have your young gamer engage with other fans of Minecraft at this special fundraising event to bring hi-tech tools to Philadelphia public schools and support Public Citizens for Children and Youth.
While only gamers 17 and under will be permitted to participate in the gaming event, all are welcome to enjoy a wide variety of games, activities, and entertainment at our outdoor Block By Block Party!
With fun prizes and other incentives, all gamers will be encouraged to fundraise during the months leading up to the September 16-17 event hosted by University of the Sciences at their beautiful West Philadelphia campus.
