We heard you, Philly: You’re fired up. You’re ready to go. You just need a few pointers. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Civics Cafe, a new monthly event breaking down the basics of advocacy, one cup of coffee* at a time.
This month we’re talking FAKE NEWS. Just kidding, we’re tackling the kind of news YOU can create: Letters to the editor and op-eds. Our guests will share some of their favorite tips for putting pen to paper and pitching your submission to local publications so you can add your voice to the public dialogue (and give your mom something to put on the fridge back home).
Speakers to be announced soon.
