Funding Announcement: Housing and Mixed-Use Request for Proposals
Deadline for Proposal: June 5, 2017 by 5:00 PM
Philadelphia LISC is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) that seeks to provide funding to nonprofit community-based organizations to further advance the preservation of affordable housing and mixed-use development in the City of Philadelphia in the following ways:
- LISC will provide recoverable grants for predevelopment activities associated with affordable housing preservation and mixed-use development; and
- LISC will also provide small catalytic grants to assist nonprofit community-based partners in analyzing affordable housing portfolios.
Deadline for Proposal: June 5, 2017 by 5:00 PM
A Mandatory RFP Briefing will be held on:
May 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM at LISC’s Office, 718 Arch Street, Suite 5S, Philadelphia, PA 19106-1530
