FINRA supports financial education programs
The FINRA Investor Education Foundation funds nonprofit and college/university research and educational projects providing underserved Americans with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary for financial success throughout life.
There is no set minimum or maximum grant amount, but projects must be completed within 36 months.
The grant process can take several months, with the initial contact via a three-page concept form and a few are selected to submit full applications. In the current round, the concept form is due by May 6, with full-proposal decisions made by June 6. The grant decisions aren’t expected on the full proposals until October.
