Supportive Services for Organizational and Leadership Changes

The changes in the nonprofit world that we’ve been talking about- or talking around – for so long are finally here. Dramatic events such as:

• Retirement of baby boomer executive directors

• Dearth of bench strength within organizations, and the sector as a whole, to replace departing leaders
