Spruce Foundation awards $5,000 grants to Philadelphia non-profits working to empower at-risk youth. One partner organization will be selected in each of the following program areas: education, arts, health and wellness, LGBTQ, and peacebuilding. Application closes at 11:59 p.m. on January 16, 2017.
