Customer Service in Youth Programs
Posted by Sandbox Collective on October 31, 2016
What can we learn from Starbucks: Is there a place for Customer Service in Youth Programs? Join us this month as we discuss the role of customer service in how we recruit for our youth programs, how we prepare staff, how we design our spaces, even create our activities or experiences. Read this blog post, which introduces the Starbucks Customer Experience Map; we’ll have the chance to consider our own particpants’ experience and how we might map it. Learning is more fun with you do it with someone, so bring a friend!

At every gathering we offer suggestions, tips and resources about how you can take back with you the things we discuss and learn together, so you will return to your program with new ideas, resources and new connections. RSVP: https://novsandboxphillygathering.eventbrite.com
