Also, the Department of Labor just released new guidelines for stimulus funds that are dedicated to summer youth employment. Our College & Careers reporter, Jamaal Abdul-Amin, has listened to Labor officials, talked with practitioners and read the guidelines, and provides this explanation and advice.
