Group Leader/Administrative Key Staff, Zhang Sah Martial Arts

Zhang Sah has locations in the Queen Village and Mt. Airy sections of Philadelphia and is seeking to fill multiple positions. These are dual-role positions, providing direct service and fulfilling administrative functions key to sustaining high-quality programming.
QUALIFICATIONS: Suitable candidates have a 4-year degree in education or a related field of study, with a minimum of 3 years experience working with children. Background checks are required. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years is required.
DUTIES:
Group Leader
• Model Zhang Sah mission, vision, and tenets
• Be physically present during program time
• Escort children to and from the program
• Supervise students
• Plan, implement, and report project-based learning units
• Support, implement, and report meal service
• Build and maintain positive communications with parents and staff
• Proactively monitor environment for safety and ensure interactions with children are high-quality, positive, and progressive
• Classroom preparation and clean-up; includes all facilities used by students and staff
• Passively lead and report youth council meeting outcomes
• Complete related administrative duties in a timely manner (attendance, reports, etc.).
Administrative Duties (Must fulfill one of the following Main Roles):
• Quality Assurance
• Business Development
• Communications
• Operations
Additionally must be a team player and collaborator:
• Support the efforts of other Adminiistrative roles
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum education: 4 year degree in ECE or related field.
