Research Summer Interns, Public Health Management Corporation
Posted by Public Health Management Corporation on February 21, 2016
The Research and Evaluation Group at Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is currently seeking 3-5 summer interns. We offer unpaid internships to graduate and undergraduate students who are interested in developing qualitative and quantitative research and program evaluation skills in a non-profit setting. Internships are currently available on research and evaluation projects relating to tobacco control, diabetes prevention, disaster preparedness, and refugee health. Additionally, we are looking for an intern to work on strategic visibility projects within our department.
Most interns in the Research and Evaluation Group work on more than one project; this allows interns to enhance their content area expertise in multiple areas and to learn about varied research and evaluation methods. Interns are expected to work 8-20 hours per week, with details arranged on a case by case basis. We do not currently have internships available that would involve greater than 20 hours of work per week.
