2015 REPORT TO THE COMMUNITY
We are pleased to share our annual Report to the Community for fiscal year 2015.
United Way is focused on changing lives and strengthening communities across our region – one child, one adult and one family at a time. In this report, you will learn how we’re able to make this work possible as a result of investments in our Impact Fund, along with financial reports and recognition of our Impact Partners and Board members.
The select outcomes highlighted in this report are a testament to your commitment and partnership, which help us improve the building blocks of a successful life – Education, Financial Stability and Health – for our most vulnerable neighbors, while also ensuring everyone has access to the resources they need to meet their most Basic Needs.
During my first year as the leader of our United Way, I have been fortunate to meet with community members, business leaders, and nonprofit leaders all joined by one purpose: the desire to improve lives and build a brighter future for all of us. That is what makes United Way so special – our unique ability to bring a diverse group of stakeholders together to drive Impact – and your support is an integral part of our ability to do just that.
Because of your generosity and support of our Impact Fund, thousands of children, adults, families and seniors in our local communities are on the path to brighter futures. And when more people are given the opportunity to succeed, it lifts our entire region.
Thank you for Living United!
