Book an In School Presentation!
Keep Philadelphia Beautiful believes that education is one of the most effective ways to discourage littering and encourage recycling and waste reduction. We are dedicated to teaching Philadelphia students of all ages about the economic, social, and environmental impacts of how we handle our trash as individuals and as a society, and we would love to visit your school.
Thanks to our amazing volunteer teachers, we are able to offer forty five minute long middle/elementary and high school presentations focused on either litter/recycling or composting. Our presentations aim to not only teach students about the consequences of how they manage their trash, but to help them think through how to make a difference and offer concrete resources to take action.
Click here to schedule a workshop, and contact us at info@keepphiladelphiabeautiful.org or 215-854-4000 with questions. We have also put together this Volunteer Teacher Program FAQ to help provide you with more information about the program and setting up a successful presentation!

The Keep Philadelphia Beautiful team hopes that a presentation at your school is just the beginning. We aim to spark further discussion and action, and we welcome the opportunity to assist in follow up service projects or programs.
