CDCs 101: (Mostly) Everything You Wanted to Know About CDCs, NACs, and RCOs

Led by seasoned CDC professionals and senior PACDC staff, this half-day session will highlight key information and insights for emerging CDCs and the role of NACs and RCOs in neighborhood revitalization. This is targeted to new staff and board members of new/existing CDCs, civic associations and individuals who want to launch community development activity in their neighborhoods. The featured guest speakers include Deborah McColloch, Director, Office of Housing and Community Development, and representatives from the Philadelphia Planning Commission.
