The 20th Annual Philadelphia Alternative Prom

GALAEI, Philadelphia’s queer Latino social justice organization has proudly served the community for over 25 years. This year, GALAEI celebrates the 20th Anniversary of the Annual Alternative Prom, a fun and affirming dance for Philadelphia’s LGBTQ youth and the longest consecutively-running event of its kind in the nation.
Prom is planned by LGBTQ youth who are a part of GALAEI. This year, these youth, with support from GALAEI staff, will again create a magical, fun, welcoming, and special night for LGBTQ youth and their allies.
This years prom will be held on Friday June 19th.
