2015 Pennsylvania Nonprofit Salary and Benefit Survey

The Nonprofit Center, in partnership with PANO and six organizations across the state, is launching the 2015 Pennsylvania Nonprofit Salary and Benefits Survey, gathering information on salaries and benefits from Pennsylvania nonprofits in all sectors of service.
Nonprofits rely on research to set appropriate pay and benefits for new staff and hires and to justify organization compensation levels to their boards, the IRS and the general public. The 2015 Pennsylvania Nonprofit Salary and Benefits Survey will help your organization understand trends, stay competitive, attract the best talent and keep the amazing talent you have. Understanding what organizations in the state and your region are paying people working in similar positions is a critical first step.
