Families who attend this event will:
* Meet other Early Intervention families and learn how to support one another
* Enjoy fun activities for you and your child.
* Learn about the PICC and PICC activities that your family can attend
* Receive help to access other programs or services for your family as your child Transitions from Preschool Early Intervention (Elwyn SEEDS) to Kindergarten
