Citizens Planning Institute accepting applications
The Citizens Planning Institute (CPI) is accepting applications for the Fall 2014 course series through September 25th.
Now in its fourth year, the Philadelphia CPI is the education and outreach arm of the City Planning Commission. Its mission is to empower citizens to take a more active role in shaping the future of their communities and the city through planning. Participants learn from invited speakers and from fellow neighborhood leaders and activists across the city.
Go here for an online application and more information about the six weekly classes. The minimum course fee of $100 includes buffet dinners.
