Food Pantry Ribbon Cutting in Frankford

New food pantry serves Frankford area
The Food and Wellness Network (FAWN) will open a new food bank to serve the Frankford section of the city with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Thursday, October 2nd.
The food pantry will offer emergency food as well as infant formula and nutrition classes. FAWN is a program of Turning Points for Children, which is responsible for child protection services in Lower Northeast Philadelphia.
The event will take place starting at 9 am at 4346 Frankford Avenue. Tours of the facility will follow the program. To RSVP, go here.
