volunteers needed, 2014 High School Fair

We are writing you to ask for your help with recruiting volunteers for the 2014 High School Fair on October 17th and 18th. The event this year is shaping up to be bigger and better than last year. In order to pull off a successful event, we need 150 volunteers over the course of 2 days to help guide the thousands of families that will be coming through the door to find their great school. In particular, we are looking for educators, parents and others who are familiar with the city’s high school options.
If you can help arrange for a group of volunteers or have connections/suggestions, please email TJ Hurst (thurst@philaschool.org).
Volunteer shifts:
Friday, October 17 – 2:30 pm-7:00 pm
Saturday, October 18 – 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
Saturday, October 18 – 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
